You’ll want to sit or lie comfortably with the light aimed at the area you want to treat. Start with 10–15 minutes per session, at about 6–12 inches away from your body. Most people use it 3–5 times a week, but you can adjust based on your needs and how your body responds.
2. Settings:
If your device has adjustable settings (like intensity or pulse mode), begin with low to medium intensity. Once you’re comfortable, you can gradually increase based on comfort and results.
3. Eye Protection:
Yes, it’s generally a good idea to use eye protection, especially if you’re treating areas close to the face. Some wavelengths can cause eye strain or sensitivity over time, even if they’re not harmful.
4. Consistency is key:

However, making it is not something I can do… so… if your friend was able to purchase drops from “a doctor in Guadalajara”, and she offered her client the number, is there a way one can obtain such information? I used to speak with her often while she was trying to heal her son symptoms of Autism. I would send her information from my holistic sites which she thought was helpful. Now Kerri is a successful advocate, homeopathy doctor, podcast speaker and the list goes on and has worked with thousands of children improving or eliminating the symptoms of Autism and she even claims her son is now recovered from a podcast I heard her on.
My son is 32 now still with autism and I have tried Chlorine Dioxide a few years back but I really didn’t know what I was doing and gave up. it seems to have disappeared off the market and I do not know where to purchase it. Does Kerri sell the solution because I do have her book CD PROTOCOL for Autism but I can’t find where to buy it and the company I got it from is not online anymore.
Can you provide assistance to finding CD because I would like to consult with Kerri to start some recovery for my son who has regressed and needs help with a number of health issues that CD could eliminate. Not sure this where I can ask a question, but hopefully, you can answer.

I purchased the Red Light Therapy product a few months ago and I have no idea how I’m supposed to use it. I don’t know if it’s just a matter of turning it on and sitting in front of it for 30 minutes, or if there’s something more to it. I don’t know what to set it on, etc. also, I don’t know if I’m supposed to wear goggles to protect my eyes. Could you please advise?
